I went to this same Watsons pharmacy store twice and twice I encountered clueless staff who has no idea the product that I'm asking. On the first visit, I was looking for Manuka honey and I asked the male staff if they have Manuka honey and his response was, "Huh? What?".
Me: Manuka honey.
Staff: (with a clueless look on his face) What is it for?
In my mind I was like, what do you mean what is it for? I nearly wanted to answer, I want to pour the Manuka honey into my bathtub and dip myself into it... just to see his reaction. Instead, I said...
Me: To drink.
Staff: I've never heard of that honey.
Me: OK, never mind. Do you have any honey in the store?
On my second visit, I asked a female staff if they have calamine lotion and she said no, but after going through every aisle, I found they have. I took a bottle and showed it to her and said, "This is calamine lotion." Her response was, "Oh, I didn't notice it just now."
You didn't notice or you don't even know what calamine lotion is? Or you didn't even know that Watsons sell this product? I'm wondering what kind of staff Watsons is hiring. Do they go through a strict training on all the products the store is selling?
